What to know before you sell an old phone
- Model: check the exact name, including versions such as Pro, Plus, or Ultra.
- Storage: choose the capacity shown in your device settings, if accessible.
- Carrier: tell us the carrier or select Unlocked when applicable. A carrier lock is different from an account or activation lock.
- Condition: describe whether it works, has damage, or won’t turn on.
If you can’t confirm a detail, use “Not sure” where offered. A device without enough information for an online price can be reviewed personally.
